Hardwood Staircase Upgrade
The client wanted to replace their old staircase with a new hardwood one to match their home’s modern aesthetic. We installed durable and beautiful new hardwood treads and risers, complemented by a sleek, updated railing and spindles. The staircase was stained to a rich finish that added warmth and elegance, creating a stunning focal point in the entryway.
As with all staircase projects, safety and precision were our top priorities. We ensured every step was perfectly level and securely installed. By using high-quality materials and professional techniques, we delivered a staircase that is not only a beautiful design element but also a sturdy and safe structure for years of use.
Challenge & Solution
The main challenge was replacing a dated staircase with a modern hardwood version while ensuring all structural and safety requirements were met. Our solution involved a complete tear-out of the old treads and risers. We then custom-cut and installed new solid wood steps, ensuring a perfect fit. The existing railing was updated with new spindles and a custom-stained handrail to create a cohesive, refreshed look.
