The client’s washroom required a modern and functional update. We designed and built a sleek 3-piece bathroom featuring a bathtub-shower combo, and durable, gray, marble-look tiles for the walls. This created a stylish yet practical solution for everyday use, with a clean and sophisticated aesthetic.

As with all bathroom renovations, careful planning was essential. We mapped out plumbing, waterproofing, and space optimization to ensure the washroom was both code-compliant and comfortable. By balancing design with functionality, we delivered a washroom that enhances the suite’s livability and overall property value.

Challenge & Solution

The main challenge was creating a durable, waterproof, and visually appealing space within a limited footprint. We installed high-quality, large-format tiles to minimize grout lines and create a seamless look, which also makes cleaning easier. Proper waterproofing behind the tile was meticulously applied to prevent moisture buildup and ensure longevity.

Our Process

The best way is to develop and follow a plan. Start with your goals in mind and then work backwards to develop the plan. What steps are required to get you to the goals? Make the plan as detailed as possible. Try to visualize and then plan for every possible setback. Commit the plan to paper and then keep it with you at all times. Review it regularly and ensure that every step takes you closer to your vision and goals. If the plan doesn’t support the vision then change it!

Result Driven

The completed washroom is sleek, durable, and fully functional. With a modern design, efficient layout, and quality finishes, it adds both comfort and value to the home—making it a perfect blend of style and practicality.
